We want you to shop with confidence. If something isn't quite right, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Returns must be initiated and shipped within 30 days of receiving your order
- Items must be in original, unused, and "as new" condition
- All original packaging must be included (including boxes, cards, cables, bag, and any specialty wrapping)
- Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" cannot be returned unless faulty
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:
- Visit our online returns portal
- Follow the step-by-step instructions provided
- Review the return shipping fee (displayed before confirmation)
- Package your item securely following the provided instructions
- Send your return using the selected shipping method
You will receive full instructions once your return request is submitted.
Return Shipping & Fees
- A return shipping fee applies and will be deducted from your refund
- The exact fee will be clearly shown during the return process before you confirm
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Bundle Returns: If your return includes items purchased as part of a bundle, the bundle discount will no longer apply if items are returned partially. Items you keep will be charged at the current individual selling price. Your refund will be adjusted accordingly.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our support team as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
