• Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" cannot be returned unless faulty

• Review the return shipping fee (displayed before confirmation)
• Package your item securely following the provided instructions
• Send your return using the selected shipping method

You will receive full instructions once your return request is submitted.

• A return shipping fee applies and will be deducted from your refund
• The exact fee will be clearly shown during the return process before you confirm
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
