Warmify Lab Warranty Policy

Scope of Warranty

Warmify Lab rechargeable hand warmers are covered for manufacturing or functional defects under normal use. This warranty applies only to defects in materials or workmanship.

Covered Issues Include:

  • Device does not turn on
  • Device does not charge properly
  • Device does not heat or heats inconsistently

Warranty Coverage Period

  • 1-year limited warranty for all regions

The warranty period starts from the original purchase date shown on your receipt or order confirmation. If a replacement is provided, it continues under the remaining original warranty period and does not restart a new full warranty.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for warranty service:

  • Valid proof of purchase is required
  • Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers may not be eligible

What Is Not Covered Under Warranty

The following are not covered under this warranty:

  • No valid proof of purchase
  • Expired warranty period
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Free, promotional, or giveaway products
  • Damage from accidents (drops, impact, crushing)
  • Water, moisture, or environmental damage
  • Misuse or improper operation
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
  • Replacement units previously issued under warranty

Third-Party Purchases

Purchases made through third-party platforms may be subject to their own return or warranty policies. Please review those policies separately, as they may differ from Warmify Lab's warranty terms.

Important Usage Guidelines

To ensure safe and proper operation of your Warmify Lab hand warmer:

  • Use only a 5V / 1A maximum charging input
  • Avoid water, moisture, and extreme environments
  • Do not disassemble or modify the product
  • Use and store within safe temperature conditions

Damage caused by improper use is not covered under warranty.
