Pre-Orders

A pre-order is an item that has been scheduled for incoming delivery but is not yet available in our fulfilment centres. You can purchase these products in advance, and your order will be shipped once the stock arrives. We generally expect dispatch to occur on or close to the estimated date shown on the product page, although timing may vary slightly depending on when the stock is received.

Australia Shipping

We offer fast and reliable shipping across Australia. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days

New Zealand Shipping

We ship to New Zealand with the following options:

  • Standard Shipping: 7-12 business days
  • Express Shipping: 4-8 business days
